Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arnaldo Mota kicked off to start the match. Betinho Novaes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wei Guang Xing in the 5th minute of play. After 7 minutes LRCA Office Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Afonso Cardozo who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on MONTANHA's corner Afonso Cardozo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Betinho Novaes quite easily take care of the ball. Betinho Novaes made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Wei Guang Xing sent off a good shot on target. MONTANHA were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after LRCA Office Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Afonso Cardozo took the corner. After taking down the ball on MONTANHA's corner Afonso Cardozo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Betinho Novaes quite easily take care of the ball. In the 11th minute Eliézer Leite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeu Brito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 minutes LRCA Office Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Afonso Cardozo who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Afonso Cardozo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Betinho Novaes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The crowd rose to their feet as Wei Guang Xing kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Betinho Novaes. That made the score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnaldo Mota in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tadeu Brito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. LRCA Office Club's Betinho Novaes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save LRCA Office Club from getting a goal against them. 24 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when MONTANHA's Afonso Cardozo fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind LRCA Office Club's goalkeeper Betinho Novaes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arnaldo Mota hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind LRCA Office Club's goalkeeper Betinho Novaes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tadeu Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximilien Vaslin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tadeu Brito came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by LRCA Office Club's Arnaldo Mota. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Mota quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Betinho Novaes made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Wei Guang Xing sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Wei Guang Xing put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Betinho Novaes. Afonso Cardozo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wei Guang Xing made a kick off. Betinho Novaes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wei Guang Xing, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Maximilien Vaslin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tadeu Brito came out and tried to block the shot, but Maximilien Vaslin slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 53rd minute. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind LRCA Office Club's goalkeeper Betinho Novaes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wei Guang Xing struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Betinho Novaes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MONTANHA. A collision led to LRCA Office Club getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Maximilien Vaslin hit a great ball. 63 minutes into the match, LRCA Office Club's goal looked a bit too open when Wei Guang Xing came free, but Betinho Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 64 minutes of play, MONTANHA's Afonso Cardozo made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Betinho Novaes was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Wei Guang Xing came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the MONTANHA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wei Guang Xing couldn't finish the play. After 73rd play minutes Afonso Cardozo shot 4-3, a short shot which went by Betinho Novaes and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 87th minute Afonso Cardozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betinho Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wei Guang Xing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Betinho Novaes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. LRCA Office Club's Domingo Patrido was substituted for Eliézer Leite. In the 94th minute, Domingo Patrido left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LRCA Office Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-4. MONTANHA succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though LRCA Office Club had controlled the match.
