Adérito Vilaça was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Colon Primero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Adérito Vilaça tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adérito Vilaça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Acuña in the 10th minute of the match. Colon Primero scored 0-2 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adérito Vilaça, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 25 minutes into the match, Colon Primero notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Rua da Pinga's Adérito Vilaça. Adérito Vilaça was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 28 minutes into the game, Sergio Vitin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Adérito Vilaça was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Adérito Vilaça didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laureano Acuña went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. In the 34th minute Etienne Krummenacher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genaro Iraitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Laureano Acuña ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adérito Vilaça was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Vitin in the 37th minute of play forced Rua da Pinga's goalkeeper Adérito Vilaça to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rua da Pinga's Adérito Vilaça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Colon Primero in the 39th minute of play. In the 40thth minute of the game Etienne Krummenacher who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Echegoyen AFC's Genaro Iraitz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Etienne Krummenacher might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Genaro Iraitz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Etienne Krummenacher ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Rua da Pinga defense, Sergio Vitin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adérito Vilaça. The Rua da Pinga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adérito Vilaça should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Etienne Krummenacher was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Laureano Acuña left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Echegoyen AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. In the 58th minute, Colon Primero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adérito Vilaça was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. A collision led to Echegoyen AFC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Sergio Vitin hit a great ball. Gerardo Romildo hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Rua da Pinga's Adérito Vilaça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Acuña in the 66th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Rua da Pinga's goalkeeper Adérito Vilaça had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bonifacio Argider. Adérito Vilaça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Acuña in the 79th minute of play. Rua da Pinga's Adérito Vilaça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Vitin in the 81st minute of play. Adérito Vilaça came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Echegoyen AFC's Mauro Loureiro. But to his dismay, Mauro Loureiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. 87 minutes into the match, Etienne Krummenacher had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Genaro Iraitz. Echegoyen AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Etienne Krummenacher was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-10. After 93 played minutes Rua da Pinga got a freekick which was hit by Gil Santarém.
