Carp Team's Calistrat Bordeianu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Argider in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to Echegoyen AFC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Santiago Bilbo hit a great ball. 5 minutes into the game, Carp Team's Matei Cârstea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Genaro Iraitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Carp Team's Calistrat Bordeianu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Carp Team from getting a goal against them. Calistrat Bordeianu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gong Yang Xi in the 18th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Echegoyen AFC's Santiago Bilbo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Calistrat Bordeianu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Sixto Navarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th match minute, Echegoyen AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Argider to maneuver through the defense. Gong Yang Xi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Calistrat Bordeianu came out and tried to block the shot, but Gong Yang Xi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 28th minute. Gong Yang Xi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Calistrat Bordeianu made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Santiago Bilbo sent off a good shot on target. 38 minutes into the match, Echegoyen AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gelu Zglobiu came free, but Genaro Iraitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 46 played minutes Echegoyen AFC got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Navarro. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gong Yang Xi to make the kick off. The supporters of Carp Team booed when Echegoyen AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fedele Lemma didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gong Yang Xi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Calistrat Bordeianu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Toader Valerian kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. When Echegoyen AFC's Gong Yang Xi in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carp Team's goalie prevented a goal. Genaro Iraitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gelu Zglobiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Echegoyen AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Radomir Šiljak 64 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. 67 minutes into the match, Echegoyen AFC's goalkeeper Genaro Iraitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matei Cârstea. With a little luck, Echegoyen AFC's Genaro Iraitz got control of the ball when Matei Cârstea tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gelu Zglobiu in the 72nd minute of play forced Echegoyen AFC's goalkeeper Genaro Iraitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Genaro Iraitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomir Šiljak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th match minute, Echegoyen AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Bilbo to maneuver through the defense. Carp Team's Matei Cârstea was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 80th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Gelu Zglobiu notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Echegoyen AFC's Genaro Iraitz. Genaro Iraitz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 88th minute, Gelu Zglobiu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Genaro Iraitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomir Šiljak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the match, Echegoyen AFC's Gong Yang Xi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Calistrat Bordeianu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match was over Carp Team could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Echegoyen AFC throughout the match.
