Tobías Izamit was slow to take the kick. During this time Inter de Chillán's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Inter de Chillán's Tobías Izamit to fire away a dangerous shot which Adérito Vilaça despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Grzegorz Bierfass took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adérito Vilaça. Adérito Vilaça dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The Rua da Pinga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adérito Vilaça should have stopped the shot. Grzegorz Bierfass's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adérito Vilaça read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Paulino Godinho made in the 26th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Inter de Chillán's Tobías Izamit. After 27th play minutes Grzegorz Bierfass shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Adérito Vilaça and just under the crossbar into goal. Grzegorz Bierfass's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adérito Vilaça read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Inter de Chillán's Tobías Izamit quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Adérito Vilaça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grzegorz Bierfass in the 37th minute of play. After some careless play in the Rua da Pinga defense, Grzegorz Bierfass kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adérito Vilaça. The Rua da Pinga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adérito Vilaça should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grzegorz Bierfass in the 44th minute of play forced Rua da Pinga's goalkeeper Adérito Vilaça to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Etienne Krummenacher to make the kick off. Florencio Jax succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 51st playminute. Inter de Chillán's Tobías Izamit managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Paulino Godinho in the 54 minute of the game. Samuel Abel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adérito Vilaça having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Rua da Pinga's Valdemar Pimentel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zhuo Xuan Yu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Chen Feng Jian kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Inter de Chillán made a substitution. Rickard Erserman replaced Samuel Abel. A collision led to Inter de Chillán getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Chen Feng Jian hit a great ball. In the 75th minute, Eladio Araujo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adérito Vilaça was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. 81 minutes into the match, Inter de Chillán's Eladio Araujo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adérito Vilaça narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eladio Araujo scored 0-9 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adérito Vilaça, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 88th minute of the match Inter de Chillán got a corner. Rua da Pinga's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Adérito Vilaça didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Inter de Chillán's Eladio Araujo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-10 in the ordered_time% minute. After a rather tough play, Inter de Chillán's Mercurio San Martín got a free kick in the 95th minute. In the 96th match minute, Inter de Chillán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chen Feng Jian to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Inter de Chillán left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rua da Pinga.
