Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Diguinho da Mata proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Valentin Voicu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Diguinho da Mata was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Diguinho da Mata made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zadornin Puig in the 24th minute. Delmar Campello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diguinho da Mata having to interfere. The supporters of Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ booed when VILLARREAL UNITED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johan Öman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The crowd rose to their feet as Nildo Alcântara kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Baraxil Sarrate. That made the score 0-1 in the 52 minute of play. In the 54th minute, Ronaldão Munhoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Diguinho da Mata, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Diguinho da Mata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Voicu, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After some careless play in the Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ defense, Valentin Voicu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diguinho da Mata. The Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diguinho da Mata should have stopped the shot. Johan Öman made in the 65th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Linus Norling. Belmiro Lopez kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. But to his dismay, Gert Vesterberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Diguinho da Mata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gert Vesterberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 91st minute Yusuf Kaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diguinho da Mata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's attentive Fu Shi managed to snatch the ball when Johan Öman made a throw-in in the 92nd minute of the game. Baraxil Sarrate came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Cléber Santana. But to his dismay, Cléber Santana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
