Várzea F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lv Yan Xiang was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 19th minute, Gordon Harkin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Boruc Siembab in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Augusto Quintal saved Várzea F.C. from getting behind.
