In the 48th minute, Daniel Noworolnik reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fidel Lorien. The goal made the score 2-1. Zbyszek Pilipiec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximo Lico, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Fidel Lorien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dariusz Opat in the 98th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radowit Madajczyk in the 99th minute of play forced Monte Hermoso Beach's goalkeeper Fidel Lorien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Monte Hermoso Beach supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Monte Hermoso Beach would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
