The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 14th minute Maximo Lico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Lluques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lisandro Hodei took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Damaso Lluques. Acereros FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fidel Lorien took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Urko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximo Lico in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damaso Lluques saved Acereros FC from getting behind. Damaso Lluques stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximo Lico's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Acereros FC's Damaso Lluques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Lico in the 28th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, Maximo Lico cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Damaso Lluques was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Juan Espiridion took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Fidel Lorien to make any attempt to save it. Monte Hermoso Beach's Fidel Lorien proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Monte Hermoso Beach from getting a goal against them. Damaso Lluques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Lico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damaso Lluques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Lico in the 46th minute of the match. After the first half Monte Hermoso Beach were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximo Lico in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damaso Lluques prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Acereros FC's Damaso Lluques got control of the ball when Benjamin Arotza tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Maximo Lico took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Damaso Lluques to make any attempt to save it. 67 minutes into the game, Juan Espiridion was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Acereros FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monte Hermoso Beach the free kick. 1-4 became the score in the 69th minute when Maximo Lico elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 76 minutes, Santo Olivar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Acereros FC and the Monte Hermoso Beach players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th minute of the match Lisandro Hodei sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Damaso Lluques skillfully saved the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erasmo Rodriguez during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
