Charles Sarmento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Oto, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Amboy FC were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Feliciano Rios took the corner. The corner led Amboy FC's Feliciano Rios to fire away a dangerous shot which Charles Sarmento despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Perivaldo Pitta got free with Severiano Santo in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th minute, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Falcão Marques dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The supporters of Amboy FC booed when Rondinone F.C - FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chicão Matos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Adalberto Vianna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Amboy FC the free kick. In the 28th minute, Adalberto Vianna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th match minute, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Perivaldo Pitta to maneuver through the defense. Charles Sarmento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filomeno Pio, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Charles Sarmento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Oto in the 39th minute of play. After 42 minutes of play, Amboy FC's Filomeno Pio made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Charles Sarmento was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Adalberto Vianna slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Severiano Santo. That made the score 2-1 after 45 minutes of play. In the 47th minute of the match, Gil dos Santos tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Severiano Santo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Filomeno Pio to strike the kick off in the second half. Severiano Santo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gil dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Perivaldo Pitta in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severiano Santo saved Amboy FC from getting behind. 63 minutes into the match, Amboy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gil dos Santos came free, but Severiano Santo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Amboy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Falcão Marques came free, but Severiano Santo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Rondinone F.C - FDFDF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. 92 minutes into the game, Gil dos Santos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Severiano Santo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rondinone F.C - FDFDF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Amboy FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
