The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gil dos Santos during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gil dos Santos hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. The supporters of Rondinone F.C - FDFDF booed when Galáctico Azul FC™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Xabel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 5 played minutes, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Daniel França shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Enrique Belasko came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rondinone F.C - FDFDF reached it. After a rather tough play, Galáctico Azul FC™'s Erasmo Celino got a free kick in the 11th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Gil dos Santos notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Galáctico Azul FC™'s Enrique Belasko. Enrique Belasko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gil dos Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Charles Sarmento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Generoso Michael in the 22nd minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Gaspar Magdaleno lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Charles Sarmento. Generoso Michael hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute of the match Kléberson de Amaral shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enrique Belasko showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 41st minute Falcão Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Belasko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Charles Sarmento successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gil dos Santos was the one to do the kick off. Charles Sarmento came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Galáctico Azul FC™'s Eulalio Vincent. But to his dismay, Eulalio Vincent quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Victor Bernabel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Charles Sarmento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Galáctico Azul FC™'s Jose Tiso was substituted for Maximo Cutberto. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Miliano in the 64th minute of play forced Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goalkeeper Charles Sarmento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodolfo Marinho charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodolfo Marinho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th match minute, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Marinho to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute Gil dos Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Belasko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Vincent in the 73rd minute of play forced Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goalkeeper Charles Sarmento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victor Bernabel scored 3-1 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Charles Sarmento, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Falcão Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gil dos Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Generoso Michael scored 4-1 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Charles Sarmento, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rafinha Sergipano's late challenge caught a Galáctico Azul FC™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafinha Sergipano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th minute, Rafinha Sergipano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 86 played minutes Galáctico Azul FC™ got a freekick which was hit by Jose Tiso. There was no doubt that Galáctico Azul FC™ were the better team. Galáctico Azul FC™'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
