The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Braulio Saturnin might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santo Marcos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Braulio Saturnin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 7th match minute, Casa Real de Savóia F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clóvis Toledo to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florencio Bento in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santo Marcos saved Casa Real de Savóia F.C. from getting behind. A collision led to Casa Real de Savóia F.C. getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Felipe Anderson hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the game, Matías Vieira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Amboy FC the free kick. Matías Vieira hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. With 22 minutes on the clock, Dalmacio Javiar commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The supporters of Casa Real de Savóia F.C. booed when Amboy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmacio Javiar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severiano Santo came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s Clóvis Toledo. But to his dismay, Clóvis Toledo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeu Vidal in the 28th minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Severiano Santo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Vo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute Florencio Bento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Marcos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amboy FC's Jani La Marca was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Santo Marcos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clóvis Toledo in the 36th minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Severiano Santo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amboy FC's Severiano Santo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Anderson in the 40th minute of play. After 45th play minutes Zé Vo shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Santo Marcos and just under the crossbar into goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zé Vo to strike the kick off in the second half. Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s Santo Marcos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Vo in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute Zé Vo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Marcos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santo Marcos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Bento, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Amboy FC's Maximino Aznaro got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amboy FC made a substitution. Filomeno Pio replaced Braulio Saturnin. Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s Santo Marcos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Vo in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute Maximino Aznaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Marcos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Florencio Bento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the game, Amadeu Vidal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Severiano Santo. Amadeu Vidal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Santo Marcos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Vo, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After some careless play in the Amboy FC defense, Amadeu Vidal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severiano Santo. The Amboy FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severiano Santo should have stopped the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Casa Real de Savóia F.C. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
