After 4 played minutes, Acereros FC's Rene Urko shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edvaldo Leal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Acereros FC reached it. 7 minutes into the match, Acereros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Queirós came free, but Damaso Lluques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Espiridion in the 8th minute of play forced SORRISO E. C.'s goalkeeper Edvaldo Leal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Júlio Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Lluques having to interfere. A hard shot 21 in the game by Joaquim Queirós from a close distance when the talented Damaso Lluques managed to make a qualified save. Acereros FC's players were relieved. Edvaldo Leal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Espiridion in the 28th minute of play. Damaso Lluques didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joaquim Queirós went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Joaquim Queirós scored 4-0 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damaso Lluques, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 43rd minute, Júlio Faria fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Damaso Lluques, passed just outside the right post. Raimundo Fagondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joaquim Queirós stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Frederico Amorim hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Joaquim Queirós put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Damaso Lluques. After a rather tough play, SORRISO E. C.'s Reinaldo Marquez got a free kick in the 59th minute. After a defensive mix-up in SORRISO E. C.'s zone, Rene Urko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvaldo Leal came out of the goal and Rene Urko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Queirós in the 62nd minute of play forced Acereros FC's goalkeeper Damaso Lluques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Acereros FC's Damaso Lluques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Queirós in the 63rd minute of play. Damaso Lluques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júlio Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 68 played minutes Acereros FC got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Senen. German Laurin's late challenge caught a SORRISO E. C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. German Laurin helped the player get up and apologised. German Laurin hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Vítor Sousa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Damaso Lluques. Acereros FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joaquim Queirós in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damaso Lluques saved Acereros FC from getting behind. Júlio Faria scored 7-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damaso Lluques, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 80th match minute, Acereros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by German Laurin to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute of the match Vítor Sousa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Damaso Lluques showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 82 minutes, Joaquim Queirós made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Acereros FC's Damaso Lluques tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Joaquim Queirós put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Damaso Lluques. Joaquim Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan Espiridion hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. SORRISO E. C. had played much better football throughout.
