After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Dawid Kochowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Dawid Kochowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 5th minute, Doctor Quinn made a precise shot to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Boncho Vlúchkov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. 8 minutes into the match, Salmiyah Power's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but Boncho Vlúchkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boncho Vlúchkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barreto in the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dawid Kochowski in the 15th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dawid Kochowski kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Felipe Barreto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Boncho Vlúchkov having to make a save. Boncho Vlúchkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Portugal's Daniel Pimentel managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Brahim Kerkar in the 30 minute of the game. Portugal's Wilson Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Portugal from getting a goal against them. In the 37th minute, Viriato Moura made a precise shot to the right of Boncho Vlúchkov. Salmiyah Power's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Wilson Amorim made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Dawid Kochowski sent off a good shot on target. Salmiyah Power's Boncho Vlúchkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 42nd minute of play. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doctor Quinn in the 44th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Doctor Quinn in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilson Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Salmiyah Power players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Portugal were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Viriato Moura made the kick off in the second half. Kacper Koperski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Amorim having to make a save. In the 59th minute, Doctor Quinn made a precise shot to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doctor Quinn in the 64th minute of the match. Portugal's Daniel Pimentel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Boncho Vlúchkov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 78 minutes into the match, Doctor Quinn had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Doctor Quinn was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Rodolfo Miranda's late challenge caught a Salmiyah Power's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodolfo Miranda helped the player get up and apologised. Wilson Amorim didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Salmiyah Power's Doctor Quinn shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 6-2 in the ordered_time% minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Doctor Quinn in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilson Amorim saved Portugal from getting behind. In the 91st minute, Portugal's Felipinho Amorim ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Boncho Vlúchkov. Boncho Vlúchkov yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-3. The Salmiyah Power fans' excitement grew in the 95th match minute when Salmiyah Power's Mamaar Fergani looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 98th minute, Mamaar Fergani made a precise shot to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-3.
