From a short distance, Casres's Andrzej Ziolkowski, in the 3rd minute, tried to place the ball behind Fodor Daniel, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. Miguel Ángel Converti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Farid Dolar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hegedus Henrik, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Ángel Converti in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Casres's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Casres's Andrzej Ziolkowski got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14thth minute of the game Antal Valentin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Casres's Farid Dolar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Szekeres Tamas got a free kick in the 17th minute. Farid Dolar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Major Barna might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Farid Dolar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Major Barna ran back to his position shaking his head. 27 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Casres's Farid Dolar. Farid Dolar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Clay Goodson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Casres's supporters rose to their feet, but Clay Goodson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, Casres's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Farid Dolar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 39 minutes Casres's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Farid Dolar having to interfere. Hernani Arósio's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hernani Arósio helped the player get up and apologised. Hernani Arósio hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andrzej Ziolkowski was the one to do the kick off. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Ángel Converti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Farid Dolar was a little too slow when Major Barna got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 0-3. Farid Dolar made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. Farid Dolar didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 63rd minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. In the 67th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Farid Dolar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Farid Dolar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Takacs Tibor in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Major Barna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. In the 94th match minute, Casres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernani Arósio to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute, Hungary's Antal Valentin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Farid Dolar. Farid Dolar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6.
