The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vincent Tieleman was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Hungary's Major Barna slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maurice Verweijen. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurice Verweijen having to interfere. After 75 minutes of play Rondo's Daniël van Zonderen was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 82 minutes into the match, Balazs Lajos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maurice Verweijen. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
