Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Ian Odén dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Casper Claes, 1-0. Ian Odén might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Casper Claes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ian Odén ran back to his position shaking his head. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ian Odén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Belgium defense, Ian Odén kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Casper Claes. The Belgium fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Casper Claes should have stopped the shot. 16 minutes into the game, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Takis Zafiriou made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 22 minutes into the game, Yves Dervaux cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Takis Zafiriou was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 27th minute of play forced Arvidsjaur FF's goalkeeper Takis Zafiriou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Ian Odén came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simon Sabbe charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Simon Sabbe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Simon Sabbe hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Ian Odén came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Takis Zafiriou came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten. But to his dismay, Edward Vanderstraeten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. In the 41st minute, Ian Odén left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arvidsjaur FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. If Ian Odén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edward Vanderstraeten to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Lenny Clocheret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Takis Zafiriou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrea Bevilacqua hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the match, Arvidsjaur FF's goalkeeper Takis Zafiriou had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Vanderstraeten. Ian Odén recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 70th minute, Ian Odén made a precise shot to the right of Casper Claes. Belgium's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Takis Zafiriou read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Arvidsjaur FF's Roland Åhman was substituted for Zbyszek Pliszka.
