An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 9th minute of play forced Veritas F.C's goalkeeper Jerry Stout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Karamoko Bamba tried to sneak it across the goal line. Balazs Lajos kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Karamoko Bamba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. Jerry Stout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerry Stout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerry Stout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 29th minute of play. If Balazs Lajos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Takacs Tibor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Stefan Ingemarsson struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Veritas F.C. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Boros Benedek got a free kick in the 41st minute. When the match clock showed 43 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Karamoko Bamba sped through Hungary's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Jerry Stout made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 54th minute. Karamoko Bamba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the match, Veritas F.C's goalkeeper Jerry Stout had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Ingemarsson in the 59th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Veritas F.C's goalkeeper Jerry Stout had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. Şenel Server hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 66th match minute, Veritas F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Halis Samet to maneuver through the defense. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Szekeres Tamas made in the 70th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Takacs Tibor. In the 72nd minute Karamoko Bamba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Jerry Stout tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jerry Stout was a little too slow when Balazs Lajos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 1-1. Veritas F.C's Karamoko Bamba got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Hungary players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
