Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 2nd minute of the match, Bogdan Zakrzewski got a very nice opportunity to score, but Keld Paulsen was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Cristiano Shevchenko took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Keld Paulsen to make any attempt to save it. Denmark's Simon Bendtsen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mariusz Hajduk in the 8 minute of the game. A throw-in in the 10th minute of the game was made by Mariusz Hajduk with Lucjan Cytrynski as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orvar Offendahl in the 12th minute of play. When ŻÓŁTO-NIEBIESCY's Cristiano Shevchenko in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Denmark's goalie prevented a goal. Mariusz Hajduk made in the 14th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Denmark's Simon Bendtsen. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Chris Nygaard sped through ŻÓŁTO-NIEBIESCY's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gwidon Sienkowski. Gwidon Sienkowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chris Nygaard's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. After 27 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Bertram Svenningsen. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Bjarne Kirkegaard hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Bartlomiej Harasimowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. ŻÓŁTO-NIEBIESCY's supporters rose to their feet, but Bartlomiej Harasimowicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keld Paulsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chris Nygaard in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gwidon Sienkowski saved ŻÓŁTO-NIEBIESCY from getting behind. Denmark's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chris Nygaard in the 44th minute. After taking down the ball on Denmark's corner Chris Nygaard fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gwidon Sienkowski quite easily take care of the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Shevchenko came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chris Nygaard to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Mariusz Hajduk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Chris Nygaard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gwidon Sienkowski was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristiano Shevchenko in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keld Paulsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mariusz Hajduk made in the 59th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Denmark's Simon Bendtsen. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Shevchenko in the 74th minute of play. Bogdan Zakrzewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 78 minutes, Lars Steen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Denmark and the ŻÓŁTO-NIEBIESCY players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lars Steen hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Gwidon Sienkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute, Gwidon Moryl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A sloppy throw-in by Mariusz Hajduk in the 87th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Denmark's Olav Graversen. Chris Nygaard kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Lucjan Cytrynski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Keld Paulsen. Denmark's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bogdan Zakrzewski's late challenge caught a Denmark's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bogdan Zakrzewski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th minute, Bogdan Zakrzewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. ŻÓŁTO-NIEBIESCY were victorious despite being under pressure from Denmark for much of the match.
