Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Adam Olaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pankracy Zajonc having to interfere. Romania's Carol Stinga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Romania from getting a goal against them. Costica Vladimiri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Pankracy Zajonc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pankracy Zajonc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Olaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Carol Stinga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cai Yuan Yuan in the 18th minute. In the 28th match minute, MZ Fénix was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermegildo Izaguirre to maneuver through the defense. Pankracy Zajonc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Serban in the 41st minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cai Yuan Yuan was the one to do the kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Cai Yuan Yuan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Romania's Carol Stinga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. MZ Fénix's Pankracy Zajonc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Olaru in the 57th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexandre Valido during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. MZ Fénix made a substitution. Adalberto Viegas replaced Cai Yuan Yuan. Romania made a substitution. Octavian Vaduva replaced Costica Vladimiri. After 74 played minutes MZ Fénix got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Valido. With a little luck, MZ Fénix's Pankracy Zajonc got control of the ball when Cosmin Barbulescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Anton Stinga took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pankracy Zajonc. Pankracy Zajonc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in MZ Fénix's zone, Anton Stinga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pankracy Zajonc came out of the goal and Anton Stinga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ermegildo Izaguirre hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute of the match Romania got a corner. MZ Fénix's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sanda Cutov ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 94th minute, Romania's Rasvan Cristescu fired away a free kick that almost went in the goal. Pankracy Zajonc was prepared for the shot, but didn't have to make a play as the shot flew over the goal. Romania were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
