Roman Vachon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 雷默锋 in the 9th minute of the match. Bennvar Post blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 邱霖义 having to make a save. After the first half Manfredi AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when 庄辉雄 made the kick off in the second half. Bennvar Post fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 邱霖义 having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by 雷默锋 in the 59th minute of play forced Manfredi AFC's goalkeeper Roman Vachon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
