In the 12th minute, Levente Lendvay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Konstantin Fitos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valencia CF Mindszent's supporters rose to their feet, but Konstantin Fitos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roberto Eztebe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Konstantin Fitos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Roberto Eztebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konstantin Fitos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Banaszak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aureliano Karlo went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of AFC FUSION booed when Valencia CF Mindszent was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gáspár Rigó didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 44 played minutes Valencia CF Mindszent got a freekick which was hit by Andri Shevchenko. After some careless play in the Valencia CF Mindszent defense, Aureliano Karlo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Banaszak. The Valencia CF Mindszent fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Banaszak should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Konstantin Fitos to make the kick off. Daniel Banaszak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Karlo in the 56th minute of play. Aureliano Karlo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the game, Valencia CF Mindszent's Konstantin Fitos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roberto Eztebe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Valencia CF Mindszent made a substitution. Bob Sinclair replaced Konstantin Fitos. In the 80th minute Bob Sinclair shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valencia CF Mindszent's Bob Sinclair got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roberto Eztebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bob Sinclair in the 84th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvestre Pacorro during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aureliano Karlo might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniel Banaszak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliano Karlo ran back to his position shaking his head. Aureliano Karlo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Daniel Banaszak made a huge save.

AFC FUSION's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
