Moisés Arruda yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. 38 minutes into the match, Chinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gerson Carneiro came free, but Gui Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gui Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jon-Egil Schjelderup in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Poetass FC's goalkeeper Moisés Arruda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Slaveyko Neev. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Chinho FC's Aleksandr Krieser was substituted for Tibor Nyilasi. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Slaveyko Neev made a kick off. Kalle Billberg's late challenge caught a Chinho FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kalle Billberg helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Poetass FC's Kalle Billberg got a free kick in the 60th minute. Moisés Arruda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Slaveyko Neev's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Poetass FC made a substitution. Nildo de Souza replaced Gerson Carneiro. With a little luck, Chinho FC's Gui Almeida got control of the ball when Nildo de Souza tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slaveyko Neev in the 71st minute of play forced Poetass FC's goalkeeper Moisés Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Slaveyko Neev in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Moisés Arruda saved Poetass FC from getting behind. 76 minutes into the match, Chinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Witalis Brysz came free, but Gui Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute Slaveyko Neev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moisés Arruda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Poetass FC booed when Chinho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dieter Breves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kalle Billbergs short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Gui Almeida to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 95 minutes into the match, Poetass FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edvaldo Cordeiro came free, but Moisés Arruda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Poetass FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Chinho FC had won, even though Poetass FC had held more of the ball.
