With a little luck, ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Willian Cuesta got control of the ball when Norbert Major tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Recai Nusrettin in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastião Xoxe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Conrado Donzel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastião Xoxe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Recai Nusrettin's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute of the match ARES FC DeusDeFutbol got a corner. Pogoń Szczecin's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Börge Alkvist ran over to the corner to take the kick. Börge Alkvist made a great header on ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's corner, it was just that Pogoń Szczecin's Sebastião Xoxe managed to reach the ball for a save. Recai Nusrettin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sebastião Xoxe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Otsando Fierro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastião Xoxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norbert Major in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Willian Cuesta saved ARES FC DeusDeFutbol from getting behind.

ARES FC DeusDeFutbol made a substitution. Karl-Heinz Rummenigge replaced Felipe Muñoz. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Norbert Major to make the kick off. When Anselmo Doris came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Pogoń Szczecin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Doris couldn't finish the play. 54 minutes into the match, Pogoń Szczecin's goalkeeper Sebastião Xoxe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Otsando Fierro. In the 56th minute Norbert Major shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willian Cuesta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Pogoń Szczecin booed when ARES FC DeusDeFutbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Heinz Rummenigge didn't get a good kick on the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Otsando Fierro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sebastião Xoxe. Otsando Fierro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Sebastião Xoxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otsando Fierro in the 68th minute of the match. Sebastião Xoxe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karl-Heinz Rummenigge in the 77th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Pogoń Szczecin's goalkeeper Sebastião Xoxe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Heinz Rummenigge. Börge Alkvist made in the 81st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Recai Nusrettin however managed to control. In the 93rd minute, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stefanos Stefanopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Willian Cuesta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
