In the 6th minute Adrián Espadas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Udalaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Vitaliy Vischak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Machine Gun Kelly's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Geoffrey Wolden in the 12th minute. In the 13th match minute, Machine Gun Kelly was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marc-Aurèle Bougault to maneuver through the defense. Tadeo Udalaitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrián Espadas in the 14th minute of play. Tadeo Udalaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Atarrabi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute Aristides Boniel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitaliy Vischak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Machine Gun Kelly's Aristides Boniel fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Soroca F.C. were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after Machine Gun Kelly's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zézinho Neiva took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Natalio Mazuste heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 27th minute, Rodolfo Atarrabi made a precise shot to the right of Tadeo Udalaitz. Machine Gun Kelly's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Tadeo Udalaitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrián Espadas, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 35 played minutes Machine Gun Kelly got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Sá. Vitaliy Vischak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Boniel in the 44th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Conrado Erramun in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vitaliy Vischak saved Soroca F.C. from getting behind. Dalmacio Osasun charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dalmacio Osasun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Soroca F.C. booed when Machine Gun Kelly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmacio Osasun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tadeo Udalaitz made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Cosme Jaen sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Machine Gun Kelly getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Francisco Sá hit a great ball. Tadeo Udalaitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amador Venceslao in the 83rd minute. A throw-in in the 85th minute of the game was made by Lisandro Beltxe with Cosme Jaen as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With a little luck, Machine Gun Kelly's Tadeo Udalaitz got control of the ball when Cosme Jaen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tadeo Udalaitz made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Cosme Jaen sent off a good shot on target. Conrado Erramun struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Vitaliy Vischak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Machine Gun Kelly.
The Machine Gun Kelly supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Soroca F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Soroca F.C..
