In the 9th minute Dawid Beckham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Kelemen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Aureliano Karlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorino Kelemen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Karlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roberto Eztebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herman Bergström in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Mazaredo AFC were awarded a corner. Delmiro Ortzi went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Mazaredo AFC's corner Delmiro Ortzi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Roberto Eztebe quite easily take care of the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Mazaredo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Dawid Beckham came free, but Victorino Kelemen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roberto Eztebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herman Bergström, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 42nd match minute, Mazaredo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmiro Ortzi to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute, Herman Bergström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Herman Bergström to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walter Vestberg in the 53rd minute of play forced AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute Ryszard Cytrynski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victorino Kelemen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aureliano Karlo in the 56th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Mazaredo AFC's goalkeeper Victorino Kelemen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aureliano Karlo. Thanks to some nice moves Aureliano Karlo could shoot a difficult shot in the 66th minute, which Victorino Kelemen however easily saved by the left post. In the 68th match minute, AFC FUSION was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Karlo to maneuver through the defense. After 69 played minutes AFC FUSION got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Karlo. In the 70th minute of the match Delmiro Ortzi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roberto Eztebe showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Aureliano Karlo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Victorino Kelemen, 0-3. AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryszard Cytrynski in the 78th minute of play. Victorino Kelemen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dawid Beckham in the 85th minute of the match. In the 88th minute Christoff Stocks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Kelemen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Christoff Stocks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched AFC FUSION eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
