In the 27th minute Jonatan Maidana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Moscatelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, AFC FUSION's Jonatan Maidana nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Franco Moscatelli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Damian Eduino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Wojciech Fiszer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Gilberto Izel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wojciech Fiszer. AFC FUSION's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilberto Izel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. AFC FUSION's Germano Bettencourt got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gilberto Izel might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wojciech Fiszer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gilberto Izel ran back to his position shaking his head. Wojciech Fiszer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Izel, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 44th match minute, AFC FUSION was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Karlo to maneuver through the defense. Gilberto Izel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wojciech Fiszer having to interfere. Germano Bettencourt struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Franco Moscatelli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC FUSION. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gilberto Izel made a kick off. After 52 played minutes La Scaloneta got a freekick which was hit by Polat Aranda. 55 minutes into the game, Jonatan Maidana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AFC FUSION's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Scaloneta the free kick. Jonatan Maidana hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 59thth minute of the game Jonatan Maidana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Scaloneta's Franco Moscatelli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Franco Moscatelli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonatan Maidana's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. 63 minutes into the game, Benicio Lauaxeta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Franco Moscatelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Diaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
