Tommy Kahn was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Liu Xiong capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Liu Xiong really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After 11 minutes, Albin Holweck mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the SOMA-Anadolu Ateşi players grew even worse after the yellow card. Albin Holweck kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. SOMA-Anadolu Ateşi's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Liu Xiong in the 14th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as SOMA-Anadolu Ateşi's Teo Elivareo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tommy Kahn. That made the score 2-0 after 16 minutes of play. Frank Sachs kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Janik Vogt kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. When Liu Xiong came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the SOMA-Anadolu Ateşi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Liu Xiong couldn't finish the play. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zbyszko Okraszewski having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Teo Elivareo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. A well done corner resulted in Fredrik Högberg drilling the ball in to score 4-0 behind Germany's goalkeeper. In the 36th minute of the match, Gafur Salim got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tommy Kahn was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 39th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Krakouer to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute, Teo Elivareo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SOMA-Anadolu Ateşi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Teo Elivareo sent off a good shot on target.

The wind increased when Frank Sachs made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, SOMA-Anadolu Ateşi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berkem Ilıca to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gafur Salim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A sloppy throw-in by Tarık Adar in the 62nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Germany's Albin Holweck. 64 minutes into the match, Frank Sachs had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zbyszko Okraszewski. SOMA-Anadolu Ateşi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frank Sachs was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. 67 minutes into the game, SOMA-Anadolu Ateşi's Gafur Salim nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. 70 minutes into the match, Gafur Salim notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 73 minutes, Teo Elivareo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SOMA-Anadolu Ateşi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teo Elivareo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teo Elivareo in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. Liu Xiong took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-1. In the 94th minute Teo Elivareo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Frank Sachs fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Frank Sachs a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Germany's Frank Sachs got a free kick in the 95th minute. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teo Elivareo in the 96th minute of the match. SOMA-Anadolu Ateşi walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
