If Stacy Doll had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Miguel Ángel Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stacy Doll in the 9th minute of play. With a little luck, Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Julián Valla got control of the ball when Teo Venceslas tried to sneak it across the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Aerolineas Argentinas FC's goalkeeper Julián Valla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nestoras Kabourakos. After having played for 15 minutes, Sebastián Erasto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aerolineas Argentinas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastián Erasto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 22 minutes of play, Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Stacy Doll made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Miguel Ángel Torres was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Julián Valla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Aerolineas Argentinas FC from getting a goal against them. Miguel Ángel Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stacy Doll, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivan Menendo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Demesio in the 46th minute of play forced Aerolineas Argentinas FC's goalkeeper Julián Valla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Marcos Loi was substituted for Stacy Doll. If Marcos Loi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. Julián Valla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dieguito Maradona in the 65th minute of the match. Miguel Ángel Torres came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Marcos Loi. But to his dismay, Marcos Loi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The audience was convinced that Dieguito Maradona's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julián Valla was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. In the 72nd minute, Victor Pietro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aerolineas Argentinas FC made a substitution. Lázaro Ledesma replaced Daryl Lutz. After a rather tough play, LA LUZ F.C.'s Victor Pietro got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute Jailson Britto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julián Valla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Aerolineas Argentinas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dieguito Maradona came free, but Julián Valla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Jailson Britto notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Julián Valla. Julián Valla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 86th match minute, LA LUZ F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestoras Kabourakos to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes into the game, one of LA LUZ F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Victor Pietro made in the 96th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Dieguito Maradona immediately put the ball in play. The audience was convinced that Jailson Britto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julián Valla was relentless in the 99th minute of the game.

The Aerolineas Argentinas FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
