In the 14th minute of the match, Velimir Moldovanov tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arnout Reekers saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. ®G6®Red scorpion's Ercole Carbonaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 16th minute of play. Velimir Moldovanov charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Velimir Moldovanov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 18th match minute, ®G6®Red scorpion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Velimir Moldovanov to maneuver through the defense. Ercole Carbonaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 19th minute of the match. Ercole Carbonaro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miro Ivanov in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Mathijn Doctor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Marin Dică tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miro Ivanov in the 30th minute of the match. Arnout Reekers was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Miro Ivanov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Miro Ivanov really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 39th minute of play forced ®G6®Red scorpion's goalkeeper Ercole Carbonaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute Miro Ivanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After a defensive mix-up in ®G6®Red scorpion's zone, Wim Wilmes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ercole Carbonaro came out of the goal and Wim Wilmes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Boguslaw Karanewski's late challenge caught a Netherlands's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boguslaw Karanewski helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to ®G6®Red scorpion getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Boguslaw Karanewski hit a great ball. Ercole Carbonaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Meesters in the 55th minute of the match. In the 56thth minute of the game Boguslaw Karanewski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Netherlands's Arnout Reekers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. ®G6®Red scorpion's Ercole Carbonaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 61st minute of play. Ercole Carbonaro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 68th match minute, ®G6®Red scorpion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carnero Bruñon to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Velimir Moldovanov in the 72nd minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free with the goalkeeper in the 82nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ercole Carbonaro could save by the left post. In the 83rd minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. A well done corner resulted in David Eikelkamp drilling the ball in to score 1-3 behind ®G6®Red scorpion's goalkeeper. Ercole Carbonaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 88th minute. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Egbert Nijveldt hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miro Ivanov in the 92nd minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Marin Dică came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the ®G6®Red scorpion fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marin Dică couldn't finish the play.
