Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gerry Bibby kicked off to start the match. After 6 minutes, Darren Metcalf mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ᗩᑎᗩᕼᗴᎥᗰ ᗪᑌᑕᛕᔕ and the Slovakia players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to ᗩᑎᗩᕼᗴᎥᗰ ᗪᑌᑕᛕᔕ getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Darren Metcalf hit a great ball. In the 7th minute, Pavol Koleno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 8 minutes into the game, Metod Mlynar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jason Lobb was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Slovakia's Metod Mlynar got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, ᗩᑎᗩᕼᗴᎥᗰ ᗪᑌᑕᛕᔕ's goal looked a bit too open when Metod Mlynar came free, but Jason Lobb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 played minutes Slovakia got a freekick which was hit by Vít Biskup. The throw-in from Vít Biskup in the 18th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ᗩᑎᗩᕼᗴᎥᗰ ᗪᑌᑕᛕᔕ's Keith Knightley. Henrich Slany didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gerry Bibby went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Slovakia booed when ᗩᑎᗩᕼᗴᎥᗰ ᗪᑌᑕᛕᔕ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darren Metcalf didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as ᗩᑎᗩᕼᗴᎥᗰ ᗪᑌᑕᛕᔕ's Dom Kyle slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Henrich Slany. That made the score 4-1 after 33 minutes of play. Owen Bishop charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Owen Bishop the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 36 played minutes ᗩᑎᗩᕼᗴᎥᗰ ᗪᑌᑕᛕᔕ got a freekick which was hit by Owen Bishop. ᗩᑎᗩᕼᗴᎥᗰ ᗪᑌᑕᛕᔕ's Dom Kyle got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Damion Stride's late challenge caught a Slovakia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Damion Stride helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 43rd minute of the game. One of ᗩᑎᗩᕼᗴᎥᗰ ᗪᑌᑕᛕᔕ:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Slovakia:s goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-2.

The audience was convinced that Gerry Bibby's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henrich Slany was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. After 56 minutes, Ondrej Biskup mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Slovakia and the ᗩᑎᗩᕼᗴᎥᗰ ᗪᑌᑕᛕᔕ players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Slovakia getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ondrej Biskup hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Suchy during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Daniel Suchy kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the game, ᗩᑎᗩᕼᗴᎥᗰ ᗪᑌᑕᛕᔕ's Gerry Bibby nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Henrich Slany made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. Vavrinec Koleno struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Jason Lobb didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Slovakia. Jason Lobb made an important save on a dangerous shot by Metod Mlynar in the 67th minute. Darren Metcalf was shown his second yellow card after 68 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Slovakia booed when ᗩᑎᗩᕼᗴᎥᗰ ᗪᑌᑕᛕᔕ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darren Metcalf didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gerry Bibby might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henrich Slany. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gerry Bibby ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, ᗩᑎᗩᕼᗴᎥᗰ ᗪᑌᑕᛕᔕ's Wally Scorfield got a free kick in the 77th minute. Vavrinec Koleno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jason Lobb made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Metod Mlynar sent off a good shot on target. ᗩᑎᗩᕼᗴᎥᗰ ᗪᑌᑕᛕᔕ's Vincent Dry got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Kornel Jahoda fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Slovakia's protests and gave Kornel Jahoda a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of ᗩᑎᗩᕼᗴᎥᗰ ᗪᑌᑕᛕᔕ booed when Slovakia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kornel Jahoda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gerry Bibby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the ᗩᑎᗩᕼᗴᎥᗰ ᗪᑌᑕᛕᔕ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
