Germany:s Tommy Kahn showed great skill when he stopped Raiko Kündgen:s penalty. 9 minutes into the match, Raiko Kündgen dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tommy Kahn, 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leroy Rösch. Gordian Ottmar took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After having played for 22 minutes, Albin Holweck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albin Holweck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raiko Kündgen's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Froilan Furtado took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Raiko Kündgen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Jena-Nord 02's goalkeeper Eric McThomas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Raiko Kündgen made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, FC Jena-Nord 02's goalkeeper Eric McThomas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sachs. After 55 played minutes FC Jena-Nord 02 got a freekick which was hit by Uwe Schnitzler. FC Jena-Nord 02's Mundo Revuelta was substituted for Uwe Schnitzler. After a rather tough play, FC Jena-Nord 02's Uwe Schnitzler got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 60th minute, Gordian Ottmar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Germany's Sven Krakouer got a free kick in the 66th minute. Leroy Rösch's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. The supporters of FC Jena-Nord 02 booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janik Vogt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Albin Holweck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Albin Holweck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eric McThomas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Frank Sachs hit a great ball. In the 92nd match minute, FC Jena-Nord 02 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raiko Kündgen to maneuver through the defense. Frank Sachs's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Eric McThomas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.
