Doğan Alemdar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nunez Berasko, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 8 minutes into the game, Victorio Bemabe recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Doğan Alemdar. Victorio Bemabe showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Berasko in the 11th minute of play forced Kayserispor's goalkeeper Doğan Alemdar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rüdiger Stanke kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Leonides Valentine came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Kayserispor's Songurhan Özertem. But to his dismay, Songurhan Özertem quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Victorio Bemabe who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Doğan Alemdar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The Argentino de Banfield fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Argentino de Banfield's Victorio Bemabe looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Doğan Alemdar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lavan Querubin in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Nunez Berasko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doğan Alemdar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doğan Alemdar made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Raimundo Castulo sent off a good shot on target. Nunez Berasko kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 35th minute Fazlı İçkin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Valentine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Argentino de Banfield's Fabián Noguera got a free kick in the 37th minute. 38 minutes into the game, Argentino de Banfield's Victorio Bemabe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Doğan Alemdar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. 41 minutes in the game, Raimundo Castulo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Doğan Alemdar having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raimundo Castulo got free with Doğan Alemdar in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47th minute Victorio Bemabe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doğan Alemdar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
The wind increased when Yavuz Bülent Akduman made the kick off in the second half. Doğan Alemdar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Castulo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kayserispor made a substitution. Yavuz Bülent Akduman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonides Valentine having to interfere. In the 67th minute Raimundo Castulo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doğan Alemdar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kayserispor's Ziya Erdoğan got a free kick in the 71st minute. Kayserispor's Rüdiger Stanke quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fabián Noguera, made in the 74th minute of the game. When Argentino de Banfield's Raimundo Castulo in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Leonides Valentine acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 87th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Yavuz Bülent Akduman. Ziya Erdoğan kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After having played for 91 minutes, Fabián Noguera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Argentino de Banfield's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabián Noguera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
