Breno Bastos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miguel Zuasnabar went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Miguel Zuasnabar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Breno Bastos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Zuasnabar in the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Scotland 1873's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Zuasnabar came free, but Breno Bastos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28thth minute of the game Miguel Zuasnabar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Scotland 1873's Breno Bastos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Gavião Kyikatejê's Miguel Zuasnabar in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Scotland 1873's goalie prevented a goal. In the 35th minute Miguel Zuasnabar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Breno Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Zuasnabar in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Breno Bastos saved Scotland 1873 from getting behind. Breno Bastos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Zuasnabar in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Maksymilian Kolba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Gavião Kyikatejê were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Miguel Zuasnabar made the kick off in the second half. Miguel Zuasnabar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Breno Bastos having to interfere. Breno Bastos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Zuasnabar in the 54th minute of the match. Gavião Kyikatejê's Sitthachat Jampeehom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Gonzo in the 55th minute of play. In the 59th minute Gavião Kyikatejê were awarded a corner. Deilmison Davids went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Scotland 1873's goalie and right to Grant McPhedron. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Scotland 1873's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Breno Bastos made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Miguel Zuasnabar sent off a good shot on target. In the 64th minute, Gavião Kyikatejê's Miguel Zuasnabar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. In the 66th match minute, Scotland 1873 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Tebaldo to maneuver through the defense. After 69th play minutes Miguel Zuasnabar shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Breno Bastos and just under the crossbar into goal. Miguel Zuasnabar's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Breno Bastos firmly grabbed it by the left post. Breno Bastos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Zuasnabar in the 81st minute of play. Miguel Zuasnabar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Breno Bastos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. A hard shot 86 in the game by Miguel Zuasnabar from a close distance when the talented Breno Bastos managed to make a qualified save. Scotland 1873's players were relieved. Breno Bastos came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Gavião Kyikatejê's Miguel Zuasnabar. But to his dismay, Miguel Zuasnabar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. 90 minutes into the game, Miguel Zuasnabar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gavião Kyikatejê's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Scotland 1873 the free kick. Miguel Zuasnabar kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match.
