Horacio Ishmael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beat Hagenbuch in the 9th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Piernas Locas Crane FC's goal looked a bit too open when Romero Affolter came free, but Horacio Ishmael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, FC Stadtclub's goalkeeper Fabio Hesse had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgard Mannuel. Fabio Hesse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalmacio Cortez in the 18th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Piernas Locas Crane FC defense, Beat Hagenbuch kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horacio Ishmael. The Piernas Locas Crane FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horacio Ishmael should have stopped the shot. Fabio Hesse made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Dalmacio Cortez sent off a good shot on target. Enrique Txomin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Fabio Hesse when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Piernas Locas Crane FC's Edgard Mannuel got a free kick in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Piernas Locas Crane FC's goal looked a bit too open when Beat Hagenbuch came free, but Horacio Ishmael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 33 minutes Piernas Locas Crane FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gianluca Schifferli who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on FC Stadtclub's corner Gianluca Schifferli fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Horacio Ishmael quite easily take care of the ball. Fabio Hesse made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Americo Millan sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, FC Stadtclub's Fabio Hesse got control of the ball when Americo Millan tried to sneak it across the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, FC Stadtclub's goalkeeper Fabio Hesse had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrique Txomin. With 47 minutes on the clock, Cipriano Loco commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 48th minute, Cipriano Loco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gianluca Schifferli in the 48th minute of play forced Piernas Locas Crane FC's goalkeeper Horacio Ishmael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Laureano Amato was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, FC Stadtclub's Amir Rrahmani got a free kick in the 51st minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Stadtclub's zone, Laureano Amato stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Hesse came out of the goal and Laureano Amato tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Americo Millan kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Piernas Locas Crane FC made a substitution. Joel Vito replaced Edgard Mannuel. After 64 played minutes Piernas Locas Crane FC got a freekick which was hit by Americo Millan. The goalkeeper, Horacio Ishmael, was totally fooled by FC Stadtclub's Gianluca Schifferli, who 66 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gianluca Schifferli during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Stadtclub fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! The supporters of FC Stadtclub booed when Piernas Locas Crane FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmacio Cortez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Horatio Tobler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Laureano Amato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Laureano Amato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Laureano Amato made a precise shot to the right of Fabio Hesse. FC Stadtclub's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. In the 98th match minute, Piernas Locas Crane FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Txomin to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle went the supporters of FC Stadtclub were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Piernas Locas Crane FC side.
