In the 12th minute, Miguel Zuasnabar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gavião Kyikatejê fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Grant McPhedron hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Sitthachat Jampeehom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florencio Ferran in the 15th minute of the match. Miroslaw Dobilas kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Florencio Ferran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sitthachat Jampeehom was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Florencio Ferran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Húsares's supporters rose to their feet, but Florencio Ferran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sitthachat Jampeehom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paulo Gasteiz kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Miguel Zuasnabar took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabio Quintyn. Fabio Quintyn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Florencio Ferran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sitthachat Jampeehom read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. The Gavião Kyikatejê fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Gavião Kyikatejê's Miguel Zuasnabar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Maksymilian Wydrych fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sitthachat Jampeehom having to interfere. Fabio Quintyn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Zuasnabar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miguel Zuasnabar scored 1-5 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabio Quintyn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Zuasnabar in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Quintyn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Gavião Kyikatejê's Miguel Zuasnabar in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 62nd minute Miguel Zuasnabar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Quintyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute, Florencio Ferran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sitthachat Jampeehom was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. Húsares made a substitution. Teobaldo Ibon replaced Florencio Ferran. In the 74th minute Teobaldo Ibon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sitthachat Jampeehom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sitthachat Jampeehom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Ibon in the 81st minute of play.
