In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Stadtclub's goalkeeper Rocky Paterson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 4 minutes of play, Húsares's Florencio Ferran made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rocky Paterson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rocky Paterson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Ferran in the 8th minute of play. Renald Frei charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Renald Frei the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 9 played minutes FC Stadtclub got a freekick which was hit by Renald Frei. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Florencio Ferran took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Rocky Paterson to make any attempt to save it. After 13 minutes of play, Húsares's Florencio Ferran made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rocky Paterson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 23rdth minute of the game Florencio Ferran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Stadtclub's Rocky Paterson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 24 minutes, Maksymilian Wydrych managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Húsares's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maksymilian Wydrych was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Renald Frei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Quintyn having to interfere. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Stadtclub's goalkeeper Rocky Paterson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, Húsares's Florencio Ferran sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rocky Paterson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roberto Ayala's late challenge caught a FC Stadtclub's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The Húsares fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 47th minute Florencio Ferran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rocky Paterson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Horatio Tobler was the one to do the kick off. FC Stadtclub's Rocky Paterson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Ferran in the 56th minute of play. If Florencio Ferran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teobaldo Ibon in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rocky Paterson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 90 minutes into the game, Teobaldo Ibon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Rocky Paterson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Roberto Ayala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rocky Paterson having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Húsares players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
