The audience thought a goal was coming when Faas Romário got free with Pedrinho de Queirós in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 5 minutes into the game, Svante Magnusson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Pedrinho de Queirós was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Svante Magnussons short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Pedrinho de Queirós to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Svante Magnusson put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Pedrinho de Queirós. Pedrinho de Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svante Magnusson in the 25th minute of play. It was a well-played corner which Zeus Müller managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Svante Magnusson in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pedrinho de Queirós, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 31st minute of the match Hartmann Futebol Clube got a corner. Alfa FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Anselmo Rosado ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Hartmann Futebol Clube's corner Anselmo Rosado fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pedrinho de Queirós quite easily take care of the ball. Pedrinho de Queirós was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Wiktor Askelöf capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Wiktor Askelöf really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Esteban Lobo hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. If Ferreirinha Vinhas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Alfa FC booed when Hartmann Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faas Romário didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Svante Magnusson in the 53rd minute of play forced Alfa FC's goalkeeper Pedrinho de Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute, Alfa FC's Ferreirinha Vinhas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. Faas Romário recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedrinho de Queirós stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Svante Magnusson's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Pedrinho de Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Svante Magnusson in the 63rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Svante Magnusson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedrinho de Queirós was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Hartmann Futebol Clube's Svante Magnusson got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Geovani Viana's late challenge caught a Hartmann Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geovani Viana helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Svante Magnusson in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedrinho de Queirós prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 77 played minutes Alfa FC got a freekick which was hit by Ferreirinha Vinhas. Pedrinho de Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svante Magnusson in the 88th minute of play. Wiktor Askelöf took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedrinho de Queirós. Pedrinho de Queirós dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. After a rather tough play, Hartmann Futebol Clube's Faas Romário got a free kick in the 94th minute. A hard shot by Arthur Varela from long distance, 95 minutes into the match, got Jefferson Oliveira's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. A collision led to Hartmann Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Yang Jie Sen hit a great ball. In the 97th minute, Luís Fábio Pontes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
