But to his dismay, Zaccheo Andolina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naim Cheche in the 11th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Italy's Flavio Vittori got control of the ball when Naim Cheche tried to sneak it across the goal line. Super Penalitop's Naim Cheche came free and shot a quick shot against goal 16 minutes in the game, fortunately Flavio Vittori had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Super Penalitop's Carlos Claris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Sigfrido Auletta made a precise shot to the right of Carlos Claris. Super Penalitop's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Flavio Vittori made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Naim Cheche sent off a good shot on target. In the 27th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Claris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Naim Cheche blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavio Vittori having to make a save. 28 minutes into the match, Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Naim Cheche. 32 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Claris narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner led Italy's Siricio Liotta to fire away a dangerous shot which Carlos Claris despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After a rather tough play, Super Penalitop's Stanislav Tishinov got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Super Penalitop's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sigfrido Auletta was slow to take the kick. During this time Italy's players had a chance to rest. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Pechal, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Super Penalitop made a substitution. Anıl Mücahit Yatuk replaced Mauricio Jaizki. Roberto Luna's late challenge caught a Italy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roberto Luna helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Super Penalitop booed when Italy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Porziano Marchitelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute, Jacob Dantas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Italy's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
