After some careless play in the Germany defense, Castel Areces kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Castel Areces's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tommy Kahn firmly grabbed it by the left post. 14 minutes into the match, Xspark Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Emmanuel Bardel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Castel Areces tried to sneak it across the goal line. Costante Elenes struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xspark Academy. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chorache Morellana in the 28th minute of the match. When Castel Areces came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Xspark Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Castel Areces couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute, Malte Schiele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Germany booed when Xspark Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chorache Morellana didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Costante Elenes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Castel Areces in the 44th minute of play. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Castel Areces tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Castel Areces got free with Tommy Kahn in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Samir Rabas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 50th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tommy Kahn. Germany's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a rather tough play, Xspark Academy's Castel Areces got a free kick in the 52nd minute. The audience was convinced that Castel Areces's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Castel Areces in the 56th minute of play. Albin Holweck struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Emmanuel Bardel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Malte Schiele during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 75 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Malte Schiele. Xspark Academy made a substitution. Henric Sandwall replaced Castel Areces. Fidensio Rioz didn't quite understand what happened when in the 77 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. 80 minutes into the match, Chorache Morellana had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chorache Morellana was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 84 minutes of play, Xspark Academy's Valdo Santervas made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Malte Schiele hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Fidensio Rioz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdo Santervas in the 89th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Henric Sandwall had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henric Sandwall was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Xspark Academy walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
