Frank Peletier started the match with the kick off. If Jay Little had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. France's Maxime Durand proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save France from getting a goal against them. Corneliu Cămărășan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maxime Durand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Frank Peletier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dantae Reve was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. 14 minutes into the game, France's Frank Peletier nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dantae Reve made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 17th minute of the match Remy Dupuy shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dantae Reve showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corneliu Cămărășan, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Barbier during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. David Barbier kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the game, Corneliu Cămărășan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Maxime Durand. Corneliu Cămărășan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Dantae Reve showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Peletier in the 36th minute of the match. When France's Frank Peletier in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Real Escualido FC's goalie prevented a goal. Dantae Reve took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camille Baume, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. France's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Peletier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dantae Reve breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Quentin Beaux lost his temper 47 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 52nd minute Real Escualido FC were awarded a corner. Casado Ozollo went to the cornerflag to take it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Corneliu Cămărășan made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Corneliu Cămărășan in the 58th minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Real Escualido FC's Pagomari Palmero got a free kick in the 60th minute. Frank Peletier's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Dantae Reve skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Real Escualido FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Guter Aldasoro hit a great ball. Frank Peletier came free with the goalkeeper in the 78th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dantae Reve could save by the left post. Frank Peletier's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Dantae Reve skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Camille Baumes short, quick shot in the 82ndth minute got Dantae Reve to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 89th minute Frank Peletier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dantae Reve saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Real Escualido FC's zone, Frank Peletier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dantae Reve came out of the goal and Frank Peletier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd minute, one of Real Escualido FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Real Escualido FC. The referee gave France a penalty, 95 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by David Barbier, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Real Escualido FC's Dantae Reve. 1-3. 99 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Corneliu Cămărășan came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frank Peletier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dantae Reve having to interfere. Dantae Reve made a fantastic save in the 103rd minute, when Frank Peletier sent off a good shot on target. In the 104th match minute, Real Escualido FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pagomari Palmero to maneuver through the defense. The Real Escualido FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. France were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
