Andrea Perez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Argenis Coira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vidal Vilanova received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Andrea Perez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melandru de Cenero's Andrea Perez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Melandru de Cenero from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zigor Barroso got free with Andrea Perez in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vidal Vilanova sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cometuétano's Miks Lecis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everett Gerber in the 21st minute of play. Miks Lecis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xurdin Pena in the 23rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Melandru de Cenero's zone, Zigor Barroso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrea Perez came out of the goal and Zigor Barroso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 33 minutes into the match, Melandru de Cenero's goalkeeper Andrea Perez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zigor Barroso. Zigor Barroso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Andrea Perez made a huge save. Miks Lecis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xurdin Pena, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Nunez Urtzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Miks Lecis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

After 51 minutes, Alejandro Sevilla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cometuétano and the Melandru de Cenero players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 51 played minutes Cometuétano got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Sevilla. 55 minutes into the match, Cometuétano's goal looked a bit too open when Xurdin Pena came free, but Miks Lecis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Miks Lecis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Miks Lecis made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Xurdin Pena sent off a good shot on target. In the 72nd match minute, Cometuétano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejandro Sevilla to maneuver through the defense. Alejandro Sevilla hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Zigor Barroso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andrea Perez was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Argenis Coira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leroy Vera lost his temper 91 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 90 minutes into the game, one of Cometuétano:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Cometuétano:s Miks Lecis showed great skill when he stopped Leonards Štucers:s penalty. Calisto Durango made a great header on Melandru de Cenero's corner, it was just that Cometuétano's Miks Lecis managed to reach the ball for a save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cometuétano had won after a very even match.
