After a defensive mix-up in Asturcones d´la Abadía's zone, Romelu Haaland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermegildo Delgado came out of the goal and Romelu Haaland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. PreservemospolladeaguaFC's Oktay Özdoğal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xurxo Lagunas in the 12th minute of play. Ermegildo Delgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romelu Haaland, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Asturcones d´la Abadía's Ermegildo Delgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romelu Haaland in the 15th minute of play. Romelu Haaland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Asturcones d´la Abadía's Ermegildo Delgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tato De Pablo in the 18th minute of play. After some careless play in the Asturcones d´la Abadía defense, Romelu Haaland kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ermegildo Delgado. The Asturcones d´la Abadía fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ermegildo Delgado should have stopped the shot. A sloppy throw-in by David Valverde in the 24th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by PreservemospolladeaguaFC's Firmo Pene. Ermegildo Delgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tato De Pablo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romelu Haaland blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ermegildo Delgado having to make a save. 38 minutes into the match, Asturcones d´la Abadía's goal looked a bit too open when Romelu Haaland came free, but Ermegildo Delgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40th play minutes Romelu Haaland shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Ermegildo Delgado and just under the crossbar into goal. A collision led to PreservemospolladeaguaFC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Romelu Haaland hit a great ball. After the first half PreservemospolladeaguaFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Romelu Haaland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Asturcones d´la Abadía's Ermegildo Delgado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Asturcones d´la Abadía from getting a goal against them. In the 52nd minute, PreservemospolladeaguaFC's Romelu Haaland ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ermegildo Delgado. Ermegildo Delgado yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Asturcones d´la Abadía's Ermegildo Delgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romelu Haaland in the 61st minute of play. After having played for 63 minutes, Romelu Haaland managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PreservemospolladeaguaFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romelu Haaland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romelu Haaland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Valverde's late challenge caught a PreservemospolladeaguaFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Valverde helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd match minute, Asturcones d´la Abadía was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Valverde to maneuver through the defense. Romelu Haaland blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ermegildo Delgado having to make a save. When Romelu Haaland came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the PreservemospolladeaguaFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romelu Haaland couldn't finish the play. Romelu Haaland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Ermegildo Delgado made a huge save. The Asturcones d´la Abadía fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. PreservemospolladeaguaFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
