Ermegildo Delgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aníbal Marinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Clemencin santillana fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Asturcones d´la Abadía's protests and gave Clemencin santillana a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th match minute, Asturcones d´la Abadía was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemencin santillana to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute, Aníbal Marinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ermegildo Delgado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 12th minute Aníbal Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Delgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute of the match, Alejandro Fernandez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Aniol Paris saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ermegildo Delgado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 33rd minute Radomil Jaraczeski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Delgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, Sociedad Deportiva Aboque's Radomil Jaraczeski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ermegildo Delgado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After a rather tough play, Asturcones d´la Abadía's David Valverde got a free kick in the 39th minute. Aníbal Marinho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ermegildo Delgado having to make a save. Radomil Jaraczeski scored 0-5 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ermegildo Delgado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aniol Paris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Fernandez in the 47th minute of play. The Asturcones d´la Abadía players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sociedad Deportiva Aboque were winning 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aníbal Marinho to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Toni Buenafuente dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ermegildo Delgado, 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aníbal Marinho in the 55th minute of play forced Asturcones d´la Abadía's goalkeeper Ermegildo Delgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had been going on for 91 minutes, Sociedad Deportiva Aboque's Toni Buenafuente got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ermegildo Delgado. 94 minutes into the game, Ioan Zărnescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Ermegildo Delgado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 98th minute, Sociedad Deportiva Aboque's Toni Buenafuente dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-13. Sociedad Deportiva Aboque's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
