Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Denmark's Chris Nygaard started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Olav Graversen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmine Di Rocco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Denmark's Chris Nygaard in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cimone's goalie prevented a goal. 9 minutes into the game, Cimone's Ennio Gervasi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Keld Paulsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After having played for 12 minutes, Ennio Gervasi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cimone's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ennio Gervasi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cimone's Carmine Di Rocco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 13th minute of play. The corner ended in Chris Nygaard almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cimone's Carmine Di Rocco did a great save. After 19 minutes, Kenn Skou mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Denmark and the Cimone players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 25th minute of play forced Cimone's goalkeeper Carmine Di Rocco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Denmark's Keld Paulsen got control of the ball when Clint Barton tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Denmark's zone, Clint Barton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal and Clint Barton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Damian Valdevielso came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Cimone fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damian Valdevielso couldn't finish the play. If Damian Valdevielso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Ennio Gervasi made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Cimone's Clint Barton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Keld Paulsen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Chris Nygaard's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Carmine Di Rocco skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Cimone booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kenn Skou didn't get a good kick on the ball. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evaristo Borrego, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Angelo Sessa kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Chris Nygaard might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carmine Di Rocco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chris Nygaard ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Denmark booed when Cimone was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Galeone didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carmine Di Rocco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Bjarne Kirkegaard was shown his second yellow card after 78 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Bjarne Kirkegaard kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Clint Barton kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bertram Svenningsen got free with Carmine Di Rocco in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ennio Gervasi in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keld Paulsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 93rd match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathias Ludvigsen to maneuver through the defense. Ennio Gervasi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Cimone were the better team. Cimone's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
