Damazy Bochinski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Matthias Meliti made a huge save. ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Matthias Meliti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damazy Bochinski in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Robotnicy's goal looked a bit too open when Julien Marxer came free, but Stanislaw Kasprzak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Robotnicy defense, Julien Marxer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stanislaw Kasprzak. The Robotnicy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stanislaw Kasprzak should have stopped the shot. 16 minutes into the match, Robotnicy's goal looked a bit too open when Eddy Moser came free, but Stanislaw Kasprzak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robotnicy's Stanislaw Kasprzak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julien Marxer in the 18th minute of play. Stanislaw Kasprzak came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Lukas Brunhardt. But to his dismay, Lukas Brunhardt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After having played for 28 minutes, Ronny Sele managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronny Sele was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julien Marxer in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stanislaw Kasprzak saved Robotnicy from getting behind. In the 32nd minute, Eddy Moser left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rafal Waselenczuk during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 34 played minutes Robotnicy got a freekick which was hit by Rafal Waselenczuk. When Eddy Moser fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's protests and gave Eddy Moser a yellow card for diving instead. When ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Julien Marxer in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Robotnicy's goalie prevented a goal. After 47 minutes, Franciszek Koperski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Robotnicy and the ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ booed when Robotnicy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franciszek Koperski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The crowd rose to their feet as ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Lukas Brunhardt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Stanislaw Kasprzak. That made the score 0-4 after 53 minutes of play. When Eddy Moser was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 56 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Eddy Moser got a free kick in the 56th minute. Noah Amadeo Rahel lost his temper 59 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Ronny Sele fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stanislaw Kasprzak having to interfere. Etienne Ritzberger kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Rafal Waselenczuk made in the 72nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Elias Hohenegger. When Ronny Sele came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronny Sele couldn't finish the play. Stanislaw Kasprzak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronny Sele, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Robotnicy getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Roman Tyski hit a great ball. Ronny Sele might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stanislaw Kasprzak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ronny Sele ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee gave ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ a penalty, 95 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Dominik Ritter, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Robotnicy's Stanislaw Kasprzak. 1-5. A collision led to ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Mike Oehri hit a great ball. ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
