Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mario Garita got the match started through his kick off. 9 minutes into the match, Ciro Ribeiro notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of OROTINENSE's Isidro Madrigal. Isidro Madrigal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 12th play minute Ciro Ribeiro came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Isidro Madrigal. 2-0. Nestor Quintal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. A collision led to OROTINENSE getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Mario Garita hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Monteiro in the 19th minute of play forced OROTINENSE's goalkeeper Isidro Madrigal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isidro Madrigal was a little too slow when Ciro Ribeiro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 3-0. With an all-out effort, Independente FC's Isidro Madrigal threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zé Carlos de Azevedo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 30th minute, Independente FC's Marco Monteiro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. Ciro Ribeiro came free with the goalkeeper in the 34th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Isidro Madrigal could save by the left post. Isidro Madrigal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Monteiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zé Carlos de Azevedo's late challenge caught a OROTINENSE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zé Carlos de Azevedo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th minute, Zé Carlos de Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nestor Quintal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Sancho in the 38th minute of the match. In the 44th minute Felix Rohrmoser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Quintal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciro Ribeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Nestor Quintal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Navarro in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zé Carlos de Azevedo to make the kick off. Isidro Madrigal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Ribeiro in the 57th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, OROTINENSE's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Carlos de Azevedo came free, but Isidro Madrigal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With 60 minutes on the clock, Jose Saenz commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 59th minute, one of OROTINENSE:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for OROTINENSE. 67 minutes into the game, Independente FC's Zé Carlos de Azevedo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isidro Madrigal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. After a rather tough play, Independente FC's Diego Martins got a free kick in the 70th minute. Isidro Madrigal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Monteiro in the 75th minute of play. Zé Carlos de Azevedo scored 7-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isidro Madrigal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ciro Ribeiro struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Isidro Madrigal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Independente FC. Isidro Madrigal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Ribeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, OROTINENSE's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Cabral came free, but Isidro Madrigal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Rohrmoser hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Independente FC had played much better football throughout.
