The audience was convinced that Süreyya Kutan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnout Reekers was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. In the 60th match minute, UYANIŞ BÜYÜK SELÇUKLU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugeniusz Pryla to maneuver through the defense. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Süreyya Kutan in the 89th minute of play. Wim Wilmes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmet Fikret Sidal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. UYANIŞ BÜYÜK SELÇUKLU's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
