Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Sandro Galishoff made the kick off and thus started the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 6th minute of the game. One of Kocaeli Kuzgunlar:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Austria:s goal. Hermano Barata had in the 9thth minute some difficulties stopping Sandro Galishoff's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 0-1 came in the 9th minute when Sandro Galishoff all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Hermano Barata. Ali Faruk Özdinçer hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Boran Şirzat kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Talat Kayrabay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute of the game Tayyar Bozoğluer made a throw-in which Talat Kayrabay played forward. Fabio Schneider's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hermano Barata read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Fabio Schneider ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hermano Barata was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The supporters of Austria booed when Kocaeli Kuzgunlar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boran Şirzat didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 45 minutes, Boran Şirzat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kocaeli Kuzgunlar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boran Şirzat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Austria were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Talat Kayrabay was the one to do the kick off. Batıhan Erdursun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Auer having to interfere. Talat Kayrabay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Batıhan Erdursun struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Fabio Auer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kocaeli Kuzgunlar. After 59 played minutes Kocaeli Kuzgunlar got a freekick which was hit by Ali Faruk Özdinçer. A collision led to Kocaeli Kuzgunlar getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Hacı Uğurhan hit a great ball. The supporters of Kocaeli Kuzgunlar booed when Austria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandro Galishoff didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabio Auer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Talat Kayrabay in the 73rd minute of play. Talat Kayrabay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Fabio Auer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batıhan Erdursun in the 78th minute of play forced Austria's goalkeeper Fabio Auer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kocaeli Kuzgunlar's zone, Fabio Schneider stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hermano Barata came out of the goal and Fabio Schneider tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kocaeli Kuzgunlar's Hermano Barata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Schneider in the 83rd minute of play. After having played for 91 minutes, Batıhan Erdursun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kocaeli Kuzgunlar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Batıhan Erdursun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Austria supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Austria would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
