The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kai Vainionpää helped the player get up and apologised. After 2 played minutes F♣U♥RI♣A♥T got a freekick which was hit by Kai Vainionpää. Holger Vester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szczepan Piesciuk in the 7th minute of play. Hammarby IF's Holger Vester proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Hammarby IF from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the F♣U♥RI♣A♥T defense, Francesco Totti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olaf Luty. The F♣U♥RI♣A♥T fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olaf Luty should have stopped the shot. Olaf Luty showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Dominguez, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Olaf Luty came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Hammarby IF's Celedonio Dominguez. But to his dismay, Celedonio Dominguez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 17 minutes into the match, Hammarby IF's goal looked a bit too open when Karol Lewicki came free, but Holger Vester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, F♣U♥RI♣A♥T's Norbert Sroki seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Norbert Sroki the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of F♣U♥RI♣A♥T protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Norbert Sroki had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, F♣U♥RI♣A♥T's Norbert Sroki got a free kick in the 19th minute. Olaf Luty showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gösta Söderberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Celedonio Dominguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olaf Luty having to interfere. After 26 played minutes F♣U♥RI♣A♥T got a freekick which was hit by Ludomil Majdoch. After having played for 28 minutes, Francesco Totti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hammarby IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francesco Totti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 28 minutes into the game, Francesco Totti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Olaf Luty was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 34th minute, Ludomil Majdoch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes into the match, Celedonio Dominguez notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of F♣U♥RI♣A♥T's Olaf Luty. Olaf Luty was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 44th minute, Bo-Erik Wallin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ezequiel Nafarroa made in the 46th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Tanek Soszka immediately put the ball in play. Hammarby IF's Holger Vester played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karol Lewicki in the 47th minute of play. The F♣U♥RI♣A♥T players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hammarby IF were winning 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karol Lewicki made a kick off. Szczepan Piesciuk might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Holger Vester. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Szczepan Piesciuk ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hammarby IF's goalkeeper Holger Vester, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Olaf Luty showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Dominguez in the 60th minute of the match. F♣U♥RI♣A♥T's Olaf Luty proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save F♣U♥RI♣A♥T from getting a goal against them. In the 64th play minute Gösta Söderberg came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Olaf Luty. 0-5. Hammarby IF's Anders Lindblom was substituted for Bo-Erik Wallin. 68 minutes into the match, Hammarby IF's Francesco Totti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olaf Luty narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 68 played minutes Francesco Totti rounded F♣U♥RI♣A♥T's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-6. Hammarby IF's Isaltino Paes couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for F♣U♥RI♣A♥T. 78 minutes into the game, Hammarby IF's Gösta Söderberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Olaf Luty made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Olaf Luty took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celedonio Dominguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Hammarby IF's Gösta Söderberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Olaf Luty. Olaf Luty yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Francesco Totti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olaf Luty read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. With an all-out effort, Hammarby IF's Olaf Luty threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Celedonio Dominguez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The F♣U♥RI♣A♥T fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hammarby IF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
