The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlinhos de Brito got free with Loramendi Cabarcos in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 6 minutes into the match, E.C. RIO DE JANEIRO's goal looked a bit too open when Carlinhos de Brito came free, but Loramendi Cabarcos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Loramendi Cabarcos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlinhos de Brito in the 14th minute of the match. Mané Viana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lion Messi's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Loramendi Cabarcos made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Chico de Brito sent off a good shot on target. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after E.C. RIO DE JANEIRO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Chico de Brito took the corner. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Chico de Brito was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Loramendi Cabarcos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 21st minute, Téo Neiva made a precise shot to the right of Loramendi Cabarcos. E.C. RIO DE JANEIRO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Anísio Queirós recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 27 minutes into the match, E.C. RIO DE JANEIRO's goal looked a bit too open when João Augusto Lopes came free, but Loramendi Cabarcos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anísio Queirós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mané Viana having to interfere. Mané Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anísio Queirós in the 31st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dário Carneiro got free with Loramendi Cabarcos in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. João Augusto Lopes scored 2-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Loramendi Cabarcos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Anísio Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Loramendi Cabarcos made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Chico de Brito sent off a good shot on target. In the 41st minute, Chico de Brito ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Loramendi Cabarcos was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 45th minute of the match, João Augusto Lopes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Loramendi Cabarcos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Loramendi Cabarcos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglas Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lion Messi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Carlinhos de Brito made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Loramendi Cabarcos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Mané Viana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lion Messi in the 57th minute of play. In the 63rd minute João Augusto Lopes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loramendi Cabarcos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Téo Neiva got a free kick in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Ferreira in the 66th minute of play forced E.C. RIO DE JANEIRO's goalkeeper Loramendi Cabarcos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. E.C. RIO DE JANEIRO's Loramendi Cabarcos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chico de Brito in the 72nd minute of play. Loramendi Cabarcos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Augusto Lopes in the 73rd minute of the match. Anísio Queirós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Mané Viana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ made a substitution. Adam Kopacz replaced Carlinhos de Brito. Loramendi Cabarcos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Santos in the 86th minute of the match. After some careless play in the E.C. RIO DE JANEIRO defense, Adam Kopacz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Loramendi Cabarcos. The E.C. RIO DE JANEIRO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Loramendi Cabarcos should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
